Noted journalist Vinod Agnihotri will be conferred with 'Shailikar Samman' by Vice President Hamid Ansari on January 20.
The award ceremony will take place at Vice-President's residence in New Delhi where Ansari will be the chief guest and will confer the honour on Agnihotri, said Akhilesh Prabhakar, the president of Shailikar Prabhakar Samman Samiti.
The award was instituted in 2003 in the memory of noted litterateur and scribe Kanahaiya Lal Prabhakar by Shailikar Samman Samiti.
