Kim Kardashian has flu, sinus infection at 37 weeks pregnant

Pregnant reality star Kim Kardashian is battling a pair of illnesses that is giving her tough time.

"37 weeks x sinus infection x flu," she wrote on Twitter, along with a frowning face emoji and a photo of her pregnant stomach.

Kardashian appeared to be in a better mood last night as she responded to fans watching her show, "Keeping Up with the Kardashians".

After a viewer commented on her trip all the way to Paris just to get fitted for pregnancy clothes, Kardashian replied "And food, don't forget the food.
