Lankan fishermen remanded to judicial custody till Nov 15

A local court today remanded 24 Sri Lankan fishermen, who were arrested by the Indian coast guard for allegedly entering into the country's waters, to judicial custody till November 15.

The fishermen, arrested on Oct 30, were later taken to the Puzhal prison at Chennai, officials said.
