Lawyer dies as tree falls on him

A lawyer was killed while a constable injured when a tree fell on them during heavy rains in Aashiyana locality here, police said today.

The incident took place yesterday when lawyer Rajnish Mishra and constable Rajeev took shelter under the tree during rains and it got uprooted and fell on them, they said

Both of them were rushed to a hospital, where Mishra was declared brought dead while condition of Rajeev was stated to be stable.
