Le Oxel India,an emerging online shopping comany, has launched a petro card and an online portal with a digital wallet for bulk purchase of household grocery products.

Le Oxel India is an emerging company which has UAE-based Hachem Kadoura as its advisory chairman.

Kadoura is a celebrity artist from the United Arab Emirates.

The petro card offered by the company is for a price of Rs 2,700 and the customers would be rewarded 300 points in the wallet, a press release from the company said.

"This would help the customers buy fuel for Rs 3,000 from any pump across India," one of the managing directors of the company Harris told PTI.

He said the card is as simple as using an ATM card and is safer than cash for both companies and individual drivers.

The company launched the two products here on Sunday.

Harris explained about the Le Oxel Supershope digital wallet, which offers discounts on bulk purchases of household grocery products as compared to conventional stores.

Customers can place bulk orders from the comfort of their homes, after which they can either opt to collect the product(s) or even choose door delivery.

For example, they can purchase 20kg of sugar at a discounted price, and then get it delivered in one-go or over several weeks or months like instalments.

This way, they wouldn't have to worry about price rise, he said.

Harris further said there would be happy hours for the customers when huge discounts are announced.

The company officials said they would have their franchisee stores across Kerala in a month.

Le Oxel is readying a network of retailers who would deliver the purchased online item at the customers nearest location, he added.

At least 2,500 youth would be given new jobs in 1,500 outlets over the next six months, the managing director and director of the company told mediapersons.
