Leonardo DiCaprio is reportedly house hunting in New York as the actor was spotted taking a look at a USD 12 million environmental-friendly apartment.

The 38-year-old actor checked out a 4,326 sq ft apartment on the Fifth Avenue in New York. The house comes with an asking price of USD 12,975,000, reported Contactmusic.

The property boasts three large bedrooms, a number of marble bathrooms, a library and a big dressing room.

The 'Great Gatsby' star is reportedly on the lookout for a new home since the beginning of the year.
