The local MeT office today said that light rains and thunderstorm are likely to occur at isolated places in Rajasthan, with no major change in the weather outlook.
Barmer and Kota were recorded the hottest with 41.5 degrees Celsius each followed by 41.4 in Bikaner, 40.5 in Churu, 40.2 in Jodhpur, 39.8 in Dabok, 39.4 each in Jaipur and Ajmer, 39 in Sriganganagar and 37.1 in Pilani respectively.

In the past 24 hours,thunderstorm and duststorm occurred at isolated places in the Jaipur and Jodhpur divisions.
Light rains occurred at isolated placesin the Ajmer and Jaipur divisions of the state. The weather remained dry in the rest of the divisions of the state. The highest maximum temperature of 43 degrees Celsius recorded at Phalodi.
