Luxury liner Queen Mary 2 calls at Kochi port

The ship reached here from Abu Dhabi and will sail for Colombo this evening, port sources said.

There are 1,245 crew members in the Cunard Line's transatlantic ocean liner.

The passengers alighted and visited the nearby tourist spots like Fort Kochi and Mattancherry before going for a backwater cruise in Alappuzha.

The ocean liner has 15 restaurants and bars, five swimming pools, a casino, ballroom, theatre and the first planetarium on sea.
