Aditya Maheshwari entered the quarter-finals of men's singles and men's 35+ singles in the Indian Squash Professional (ISP) organised JVPG-SRAM Winter Squash Open 2016 today.
Maheshwari, the joint 3-4 seed in the men's competition, showed fighting qualities to subdue Puneet Pareek 8-11, 13-11, 8-11, 11-7, 14-12 win to advance to the semi-final.
The top seeded Mahaeshwari also progressed to the last four round of men's 35+ event by defeating Sachin Jadhav 11-7, 11-9, 11-8.

In another men's singles quarter-finals, second seed Abhishek Agarwal also booked his place in the semi-final by defeating Karan Mirchandani 11-3 11-9 11-8.
