Maintaining green cover and nurturing nature important: Modi

In a message to a national seminar on green technology held here today, Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi said that industrialisation is a part of development but maintaining green cover and nurturing nature is equally important.

This seminar was jointly organised by the M S University's Applied Chemical Department, the Gujarat Pollution Control Board and the Nandesari Industries Association.

The M S University of Baroda has always been at the forefront of proposing new ideas and taking up initiatives that address relevant issues to both researchers as well as industries, Modi said.
