Man beaten up by locals for sexually harassing girl, arrested

A 40-year-old man was thrashed by locals for allegedly sexually harassing a girl and he was then handed over to the police here.

The man had sexually harassed a 10-year-old girl when she had gone to a local shop last evening, the police said.

The accused has been arrested, they said.
