Man cuts hand of his wife

mentally-unstable man allegedly cut the hand of his wife in Pura village in Bahjoi area here, police said today.

Sarpal cut the hand of his wife Sarvesh with a sharp-edged weapon yesterday after the couple had a fight over a minor issue, they said.

A hunt has been launched to arrest the mentally unstable accused, who fled from the scene after the incident, they said.

The woman was rushed to a hospital, where her condition was stated to be stable.
