Man fined for using mobile in court

A local court penalised a 55-year-old man for making noise in the court room by mobile phone use.

Rabindra Barik, a former Sarpanch was found using cell phone in the civil judge (junior division) court room.

The court expressed strong displeasure as trial of a case was going on. Barik was let off after he paid Rs 200 penalty as per order of court, police said.
