Man sentenced to life for killing sister-in-law

A local court here today sentenced a man to life imprisonment for killing his sister-in-law.

Additional District Judge of Balasore, A K Panda convicted Pravas Senapati (33) of Mulida area for killing his sister-in-law.

The judge sentenced him to life imprisonment and also imposed a fine of Rs 5,000 on him.

Senapati had killed his sister-in-law Umamani Senapati with a sharp edged weapon over domestic dispute on June, 15, 2008.
