Manipur official killed in accident

The field publicity officer of Manipur was among the two persons killed and another injured when the car they were travelling in fell into a ditch near Thenzawl in Serchhip district today, police said.

The car rolled down to a gorge killing the officer, posted in Aizawl and a woman employee on the spot.

The mother of the woman employee was seriously injured, they said.
