Marico declares interim dividend of Rs 1.50/share for FY'17

FMCG firm Marico Ltd has declared an interim dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share for the financial year 2016-17.

"The Board of Directors of the company vide a circular resolution passed on November 4, 2016, has approved the declaration of first interim dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share of Re 1 each being 150 per cent on paid-up equity share capital of Rs 129.02 crore for the financial year 2016-17," Marico Ltd said in a BSE filing.

Shares of Marico Ltd closed at Rs 262.80 apiece, down 0.85 per cent, from its previous close on the BSE.
