Singer Dolly Parton believes pop star Miley Cyrus is strong enough to survive the industry on her own.
Even though Cyrus, 20, has been caught up in a lot of controversies lately, the 67-year-old star insists she would never cease to be supportive of her, reported Daily express.
"You'll never hear me say anything bad about Miley. I wish her all the best. Miley doesn't need me. She'll do it right on her own. I love her, and I hope she does great," Parton said.
"I love her to bits. I know she's made some extreme moves. I know she had to prove her point. I think she's trying very hard to make her spot. She's made her point and found her place and more power to her," she added.
The 'Wrecking Ball' hitmaker most recently grabbed headlines for going nude for magazine covers and music videos, and her raunchy performance during this year's VMA performance with Robin Thicke.
