Tin prices rose an otherwise mixed non-ferrous metal market here today due to good demand from stockists and alloy producers.
Elsewhere, aluminium ingots, copper utensils and brass sheets cutting firmed up on better offtake by consuming industries.
Meanwhile, zinc, lead and copper sheets cutting declined owing to reduced demand from appliance manufacturing industries.

Tin spurted by Rs 5 per kilo to Rs 1,585 from last Saturday's closing level of 1,580 and aluminium ingots rose by Rs 3 per kilo to Rs 172 against Rs 169.
Copper utensils and brass sheets cutting also gained by Re 1 per kg each to Rs 449 and Rs 356.
However, zinc and and led both moved down by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 192 and Rs 140 respectively, as compared to Rs 194 and Rs 142.
Copper sheets cutting inched down by Re 1 per kg to Rs 466.
