Multinational companies (MNCs) beat Indian firms as preferred place to work, as nearly 88 per cent employees working with domestic firms, if offered a choice, would like to switch to international organisations, says a survey.
According to JobBuzz. In study, nearly two-thirds of India Inc employees say they would prefer to work with international companies as opposed to working in an Indian company.
