Modi to address rally in Itanagar on March 31

BJP's prime ministerial nominee Narendra Modi will address an election rally here on March 31, party sources said today.

Modi had earlier addressed a rally at Pasighat in East Siang district on February 22 last.

Elections to the 60-member Arunachal assembly and two Lok Sabha constituencies will be held on April 9.
