Monsoon session of West Bengal assembly to begin on Aug 4

The monsoon session of West Bengal assembly would begin on August 4 and continue for two weeks till August 17.

Announcing this here today, Speaker Biman Banerjee said that among other businesses, several important bills are likely to come up for discussion and passing during the session.

However, details of the business in the session would be finalised in an all-party meeting ahead of it, he added.
