MP CM Chouhan slams Tewari's abusive tweet against PM Modi

Chief Minister today lashed out at leader for using abusive language against Prime Minister Modi in a tweet.

"No honourable member of society should stoop to this level. leaders should know that one can't harm the Sun by spitting at it," Chouhan said, speaking to reporters here.

"Jako Prabhu Darun Dukh Dehi, Taki Mati Pahle Har Lehi (God first takes away intellect from those for whom he has great grief in store). This is Congress' situation now," Chouhan said.

He also took a swipe at general secretary Digvijay Singh, whose tweet about the PM had kicked up a similar controversy recently.

"What comment can we make on his (Digvijay's) intellect, may God bless him with good sense," Chouhan said.
