The Madhya Pradesh High Court turned down an application of BJP MLA Ranjana Baghel today, seeking that an election petition against her should be dismissed.
Manawar Assembly constituency voter Govind Sirvi had moved the Indore bench of the MP High Court challenging the November 2013 elections of former MP minister Baghel.
In her plea, Baghel sought that the petition against her should be junked, as it was technically incorrect, the petitioner's counsel Manish Yadav said.
