Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will not participate in the Holi celebrations tomorrow, an official at the chief minister's office said.
Patnaik will not celebrate Holi this year due to the drought situation in the state, he said.
Last year also Patnaik had not participated in the Holi and remained indoors and did not meet his partymen as well as well-wishers.
In 2014 too, Patnaik had not participated in the Holi celebrations due to cyclone Phailin in 2013.
