NC-Cong regime had BJP MLAs support: PDP

PDP in Jammu and Kashmir today alleged that the previous National Conference-Congress regime had a tacit support of BJP MLAs.

"NC-Congress coalition continued to have support of BJP MLAs in the previous house," PDP chief spokesperson Naeem Akhtar said in a statement issued here tonight.

"Farooq Abdullah's election to Rajya Sabha was made possible with the support of BJP members and similarly the party received support of BJP members in the council election which is now a part of the legislative history of the state," he added.
