Most of the base metals declined at the non- ferrous metal market here today on stockist profit taking amid reduced demand from industrial on the back of lower global cues.
The industrial metals were trading lower at the LME as China decided to slow-down in pace of investment to a decade- low.
Nickel dropped by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 1,015 from Wednesday's closing level of Rs 1,020 and copper sheet cutting fell by Rs 4 per kg to Rs 485 from Rs 489.

Copper cable scrap, copper scrap heavy, copper wire bar all eased by Rs 3 per kg each to Rs 508, Rs 502 and Rs 536 as against Rs 511, Rs 505 and Rs 539.
Copper armature, brass utensils scrap, brass sheet cutting and aluminium utensils scrap all moved down by Rs 2 per kg each to Rs 493, Rs 356, Rs 366 and Rs 127 from Rs 495, Rs 358, Rs 368 and Rs 129, respectively.
Copper utensils scrap also softened by Re 1 per kg to Rs 475 from Rs 476.
