The total number of listings on BSE's platform for small and medium enterprises (SME) today hit the 113th mark, with addition of two companies Bella Casa Fashion & Retail Ltd and Vishal Bearings Ltd.
"Bella Casa Fashion & Retail Ltd and Vishal Bearings Ltd became the 112th and 113th company respectively to get listed on the BSE SME platform today," the stock exchange said in a statement.
Jaipur-based Bella Casa Fashion & Retail had launched an initial public offering (IPO) of 24.50 lakh shares aggregating to Rs 3.43 crore.
On the other hand, Rajkot-based Vishal Bearings had come out with an IPO of 12.96 lakh shares to raise Rs 3.24 crore.
Both the companies IPO were successfully completed on September 30.
Bella Casa Fashion & Retail Limited is into manufacturing of bed sheets and quilts, while Vishal Bearings supplies finished bearing rollers and products across India.
Meanwhile, BSE said another 13 companies will launch their public issues soon.
The SME platform helps entrepreneurs to raise capital for their growth and innovation and helps the companies.
