On a school excursion, two students drown in Pushkar pond

On a school excursion to the holy city of Pushkar, two students drowned while taking a bath in a pond here, police said today.

Rajesh Jat and Suresh Jat, both 17 years' old, drowned while they were bathing in the pond as they could not swim, they said.

The bodies of the students of Subodh Senior Secondary School in Sikar were fished out of the pond and handed over to their parents, police said.
