One person was killed and another injured when a motorcycle they were riding collided with another vehicle in Reasi district today, police said.
Surinder Paul (23) died on the spot whereas Ganesh Dass (18) was seriously injured in the accident that took place in Katra town, they said.
"Ganesh has been shifted to the Government Medical College (GMC) hospital in Jammu for treatment, whereas Surinder's body has been handed over to the relatives for last rites," a police spokesperson said.
"Case has been registered and investigations initiated," he added.
