Pak has changed proxy war strategy: BJP

"Pakistan has now changed its proxy war strategy and is making successful attempts to sneak militants through underground channels," BJP National Executive Member and former state chief Nirmal Singh said.

He was talking to reporters after visiting village Chachwal in Hiranagar where a tunnel was found dug from across the international border deep into Indian territory.

Singh said tunnel was an example of "total intelligence failure" and raised serious doubts over the efficacy of the security apparatus on the borders.
