Petrol bomb hurled at house of Munnani leader's kin

: Miscreants Monday hurled a petrol bomb at the house of a Hindu Munnani functionary's sister near Alangudi in the district, police said.

The residence of munnani leader Vadivel's sister was attacked on the presumption that he was in the house, the police said.

Two bikes were damaged in the attack, they said, adding that investigations are on.
