Three persons, including a policeman, allegedly committed suicide in separate incidents in Jammu and Kashmir.
Balwant Singh (35), head constable, allegedly committed suicide by consuming poison at his house in Gandho belt of Doda district yesterday, police officer said.
He was rushed to GMC hospital here where he died today, he said.
20-year-old Shashi Kala committed suicide by hanging herself at her home in Marmat belt of Doda district today, he said.
A case has been registered and investigations are on, the officer said.
In another case, 25-year-old Bashira Bibi hanged herself with a tree in forest area of Nagrota in Jammu district today, he said.
