Pregnant woman, infant burnt for dowry

Maltidevi and her son were burnt alive this morning by her husband Maniram and his family members in Balpur village here, they said. Both died on the spot.

An FIR has been registered against six persons, including Maniram. No arrest has been made in this connection.
