Rahul Gandhi cancels Mizoram visit

Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi has cancelled his proposed visit to Aizawl today in view of the ongoing Assembly session, party sources said.

Thanglawra Ngurte, member of the state PCC Media Cell, said his visit was cancelled in view of the Assembly session which began yesterday.

The Congress leader was scheduled to address an election rally at Mualpui locality in Aizawl today and also meet journalists at Lengpui airport near Aizawl.
