The division bench, comprising of Chief Justice Arun Kumar Mishra and Justice Sangeet Lodha, also directed that before results are declared, the answer key should be provided to candidates either in hard copy form or put up on the website of the agency which is conducting the respective examination.
Earlier, the aspirants of government jobs were not allowed to take question paper along with them after the exam, and answer keys of these exams were usually not made public.
The court gave these directions while disposing of a PIL filed by city-based coaching institute Utkarsh Classes.
The bench also directed the government to supply syllabus of recruitment exams at the time of initiation of the recruitment process.
Counsel of the petitioner, P S Bhati said after admission of the petition, court had issued notices to Chief Secretary, Rajasthan Public Service Commission, Rajasthan Board Of Secondary Education, Board of Revenue, Secretary, Panchayati Raj and Secretary, DOP.

"In pursuance of which, the RPSC and RBSE have exercised compliance of the notices but Panchayati Raj and Revenue Board have not yet expressed any interest in conceding to the court's notice," petitioner Nirmal Gehlot said.
RPSC and RBSE have also started giving copies of OMR sheets (answer sheets) to the candidates, Gehlot said.
Arguing in the court, Bhati said non-disclosure of the question paper, syllabus and answer keys by the examination conducting bodies is tantamount to denying transparency in the exams.
Admitting his arguments, the court directed candidates be given the examination papers at the time of the examinations and if not, they be made available on the websites of respective examination conducting agency.
"Besides this, the detailed syllabus of the examination will be issued with the examination notification and answer key of the examination will be made available on the website before the disclosure of the result," the order said.
