Ramanarao assumes charge as Director (Finance) of HAL

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited(HAL) today said C V Ramanarao has taken over as Director (Finance) of the company.

Ramanarao joined HAL as Finance Officer in 1985.

Hehas been instrumental in developing robust corporategovernance, risk management and supply chain management policies in HAL covering system audit and costing, thecompany said in a statement.
