A high-powered committee headed by West Bengal Chief Secretary Basudeb Banerjee has submitted its report on the Vivekananda Road flyover collapse in which 26 people were killed in March.
Officials today said the task of the committee, which includes experts and engineers, was to probe the cause of the collapse of the under-construction flyover.
However, the contents of the report were not immediately known.

The state government had suspended two engineers of the Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority who were involved in the construction of the flyover.
It had also ordered immediate inspection of the remaining portion of the flyover to ascertain its stability and safety.
