The Odisha Government today effected a reshuffle in IPS officers' level with Arun Sarangi being posted as special director of Intelligence, official sources said.
YB Khurania, working in the crime branch, has been posted as special director of Vigilance in place of Arun Sarangi.
Similarly, DS Kutte became IG of Intelligence and Mahendra Pratap has been appointed as ADG of Railway. Asit Panigrahi has been given the charge of IG (Eastern Range).
