'Reunion' claims the S Malakonda Reddy Memorial Trophy

R H Sequeira trained four-year-old 'Reunion', ridden by jockey Akshay Kumar,claimed the Malakonda Reddy Memorial Trophy (About) 2000 Metres for Category II horses, the main event on the extra day of races held here today.

'Raajneeti' (jockey Kuldeep S up) won the Palampet Plate, the supporting event of the day.

Trainers Prasad, Laxman S and R H Sequeria and jockey Suraj Narredu scored a double each while another jockey Akshay Kumar scored a treble.

Four first favourites obliged in a card of seven events.
