Pink Floyd musician Roger Waters' estranged wife Laurie Durning wants her USD 35,000 Rolex watch back, claiming she cannot pick it up from the repair shop because it was left in the name of his assistant.

The 72-year-old musician appeared in court with his fourth wife at their divorce settlement hearing, where she claimed the singer is refusing to let her have the luxury accessory, reported the New York Post.

Speaking at Manhattan Supreme Court, she said: "I want my watch. That's all."

Waters' lawyer Robert Dobrish counteracted, "It's your watch. Pick it up at the store."

Durning claimed she tried to collect her gold Daytona Rolex from the repair shop but was refused it as it was left in the name of Roger's assistant.

"When I handed his personal stuff back to him, he should have handed me the watch."

Justice Lori Sattler ordered the former couple, who married in 2012 after ten years living together, to sign their divorce settlement as well as a second agreement, which states Durning is the rightful owner of the watch.

The pair had a prenup, which is said to be "generous" for Durning.

Speaking after the settlement, Sattler said, "I wish I could hold you up as an example for other cases of mine. It's wonderful that you resolved this so quickly.
