RSS-linked organisation demands ban on Chinese products

In the wake of China's opposition to India's entry into the Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG), RSS-affiliate Swadeshi Jagran Manch today took out a protest march here seeking ban on Chinese products in the country.

It also made an appeal to people not to buy any Chinese products.

A number of members from RSS, BJP, including its city unit president Dr Umamaheswara Raju, BMS, ABVP activists participated in the protest march from local RSS office to Sub Collector's office.

A memorandum of demands was submitted to the Sub Collector.

Talking to reporters at the Sub Collector's office here, an RSS leader said, "We will intensify our protest to create awareness among people against the use of Chinese products.
