S Ramaswamy becomes new chief secretary of Uttarakhand

S Ramaswamy today became the new Chief Secretary of Uttarakhand.

The 1986-batch IAS officer took charge of his office at the secretariat here.

Ramaswamy, who has held several important administrative positions in his 30-year career, takes over from Shatrughna Singh who took voluntary retirement.
