Sand smuggling: 11 trucks seized in UP

Sand in 11 trucks, allegedly being smuggled from Haryana, have been seized here, police said today.

During a checking at Biralsi here, the police intercepted 11 loaded truck of sands, coming from Yamunanagar in Haryana, SHO S K Sharma said.

All the truck drivers are absconding, he said.
