School principal arrested on charges of molesting girl

A school principal was arrested in Pauri for allegedly molesting a girl student, police said today.

Madan Prasad Bahuguna was arrested after students of the school demonstrated in protest against the incident yesterday accusing him of molesting the girl inside the institution premises, they said.

According to the victim, who studies in class eight, the principal of the school molested her during lunch recess but she somehow managed to escape.
