Security was stepped up at an event here today, where Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was expected to come, in view of the recent ink attack on him.
Security personnel from Central Security Forces and Delhi Police were deployed in and around the Car-Free Day programme, an initiative to bring down the pollution level in the capital.
Around 10-15 personnel of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) were deployed near the dais. Besides, police personnel were stationed in posse around the event.
