Separate website for service-related matters of IAS officers

The Telangana government today launched a web portal through which IAS officers serving in the state can apply for leave or communicate regarding any other service-related matter.

Chief Secretary S P Singh launched the portal.

With this facility, officers who are posted outside Hyderabad won't have to visit the secretariat here for applying for leave, a government release said.

Orders (granting leave, or any other application) would be sent via email, and brief information would also be sent through text messages.
