Separatists behind killing of sarpanches in J-K: NC

"First blame lies on separatists. It is result of their dirty politics, they have no concern for lives of common man," party's additional general secretary Mustafa Kamaal said.

Terming the killings as "targeted", Kamaal said it becomes "extremely difficult" to stop these killings because they are "calculated."

He asserted that the state government was committed to ensure security of the people.
