At least seven persons were killed and 28 others injured when a passenger bus skidded off the road in northeast Nepal today.
The incident took place while the bus was heading to Manthali from Rampur.
Six people died on the spot whereas one person succumbed to his injuries in the hospital.
The injured were taken to a local hospital, the Republica reported.
Five of those who suffered serious injuries in the incident are being ferried to Kathmandu by a helicopter.
