Seven pc hike in DA for govt employees in MP

Madhya Pradesh government today announced seven per cent increase in the dearness allowance (DA) of government employees.

The increased DA will be payable with effect from July 1, 2014.

Cash payment of increased DA will be made in the salary of October 2014.

Cash payment will be made to those government servants who are not contributing to General Provident Fund or departmental provident fund.

This order will also apply to those drawing salaries from UGC and AICTE, work charged and contingency fund, government said.
