Shriram Transport Finance Company has raised Rs 500 crore by allotting non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis.
The allotment committee for NCDs of the company raised the amount of Rs 500 crore by issuing 5,000 secured redeemable non-convertible debentures on private placement basis, Shriram Transport Finance said in a regulatory filing.
The bonds with zero coupon rate have tenure of 459 days.
Stock of the company closed 0.99 per cent down at Rs 1020.05 on BSE.
